But what does slow-culturing really mean you say?  To give a simple example, Kefir and other yogurts are typically cultured for 4-8 hours.  India-style yogurts are gently cultured 50% longer to get the most out of every ounce. This makes our products smoother tasting, creamier, less tart, brimming with high probiotic counts, virtually lactose-free, and less sugar added as a result.
