Ingredients:

Makes 10 Mango Lassi Popsicles
(Lassi to pulp ratio is 2:1, you might need to adjust it based on your popsicles mold size)
  • 4 cups DAH! Alphonso Mango Lassi
  • 2 cup Alphonso Mango Pulp
  • 1 tsp Ground Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Ground Rose Petals

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Chill it in (silicon) popsicle mold overnight
  3. Serve!
