Strawberry Lassi Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup DAH! Strawberry Lassi
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Mix the chia seeds, Lassi, vanilla extract and maple syrup together in a bowl.
  2. Refrigerate it overnight. You can mix the mixture after 30 minutes or so to make sure the chia doesn’t settle down in the bottom.
  3. Serve the next day with some berries, berry compote, nuts as you wish.

    Mango Lassi Chia Pudding

    Ingredients:

    • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
    • 1 cup DAH! Alphonso Mango Lassi
    • Pinch of Cardamom
    Instructions:
    1. Mix the chia seeds, Mango Lassi, cardamom in a bowl and refrigerate it overnight.
    2. The next day mix everything and top with more Mango Lassi, chopped mangoes, shredded coconut and serve!
