Strawberry Lassi Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup DAH! Strawberry Lassi
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
- Mix the chia seeds, Lassi, vanilla extract and maple syrup together in a bowl.
- Refrigerate it overnight. You can mix the mixture after 30 minutes or so to make sure the chia doesn’t settle down in the bottom.
- Serve the next day with some berries, berry compote, nuts as you wish.
Mango Lassi Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup DAH! Alphonso Mango Lassi
- Pinch of Cardamom
- Mix the chia seeds, Mango Lassi, cardamom in a bowl and refrigerate it overnight.
- The next day mix everything and top with more Mango Lassi, chopped mangoes, shredded coconut and serve!
