1 5 oz DAH! Vanilla Oat + Almond + Coconut Blended Yogurt Cup
1- 1 1/2 tsp rose syrup
1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
Dried rose petals
Mix all ingredients except the chia seeds in a bowl. Taste to adjust sweetness and rose flavor.
Stir in chia seeds. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Mix well and then split into two air tight containers. Refrigerate for couple of hours or overnight for most thickness.
Prepare the yogurt before serving. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Taste to adjust sweetness and rose flavor.
Use a small bowl, cup or jar (7-9oz). Drizzle a little rose syrup at the bottom. Add in half of the yogurt. Then fill the remaining space with the chia pudding mixture. Garnish with a small drizzle of rose syrup and sprinkles of pistachios, dried rose petals, and cardamom powder.
Top with fresh rose or petals. Serve immediately and enjoy!
