DAH! Falooda Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
Servings (2) Pudding:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
- 2 tbs maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp custard powder (optional)
- 1/2-1 tsp rose water or essence
- Pinch cardamom powder
- 1 5 oz DAH! Vanilla Oat + Almond + Coconut Blended Yogurt Cup
- 1- 1 1/2 tsp rose syrup
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
- Rose syrup
- Crushed pistachios
- Dried rose petals
- Cardamom powder
- Fresh Roses
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients except the chia seeds in a bowl. Taste to adjust sweetness and rose flavor.
- Stir in chia seeds. Allow to sit for 5 minutes. Mix well and then split into two air tight containers. Refrigerate for couple of hours or overnight for most thickness.
- Prepare the yogurt before serving. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Taste to adjust sweetness and rose flavor.
- Use a small bowl, cup or jar (7-9oz). Drizzle a little rose syrup at the bottom. Add in half of the yogurt. Then fill the remaining space with the chia pudding mixture. Garnish with a small drizzle of rose syrup and sprinkles of pistachios, dried rose petals, and cardamom powder.
- Top with fresh rose or petals. Serve immediately and enjoy!
