DAH! Drunken Lassi Popsicles



Ingredients: Vary per Recipe

Strawberry with Mint Lassi & Soju and Kiwi/Strawberry

1. Blend ice, 1/4 cup of Soju, 1 Cup of Strawberry Mint Lassi
2. Fill the 1/4 mold with the mixture and freeze 75% (30-45 minutes
3. Take out the almost frozen mixture out of the freezer and insert the popsicle sticks into the almost frozen mixture. Then pour in circle slices of fruits and mint leaves Then fill 2/3 of mold
4. Freeze completely.
5. Once frozen, pour in small dice cut fruits and the rest of the mixture and freeze completely

(FYI - this tastes better than Melona Soju! For those of you who don’t know what Soju is, it’s South Korea’s most popular/traditional liquor. It’s smoother than vodka, with lower alcohol content, 24% ABV)

1. Drain Canned Peach
2. Grate fresh ginger
3. Blend 1/2 Cup of drained canned peach, 1 and 1/2 Cup of Peach Honey Lassi, 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger, 2 1/2 tablespoons of Old Monk
4. Pour in the bags and freeze completely.

(Old Monk Rum is made in India and has a strong scent of vanilla and has that bold yet delicious dark rum taste & peach slices)

1. Toast 1/2 cup of unsalted pistachio and finely ground it in the food processor afterwards.
2. In a small pot, boil 1 and 1/2 Cup of Vanilla Cardamom Lassi, 1-2 Saffron, 1/2 Vanilla bean pod, and fresh grated ginger in low heat for 5 minutes
3. Let it cool for an hour to two hours
4. 4. Once completely cool, pour in the 1/3 of chilled mixture and 1/3 finely ground pistachio into the mold and freeze 75% (30-45 minutes)
5. Take out the almost frozen mistrue out of the freezer and insert the popsicle sticks into the almost frozen mixture. Then pour in the rest of mixtures and ground pistachios into the mold
6. Freeze completely.

(This one has the crunch, and you can taste so many spices. After trying it, I think a hint of cinnamon would be nice too!)
