Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup DAH! Plain Lassi
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2-3 dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp chana dal
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp curry leaves
  • ¼ tsp asafoetida
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped

 


Instructions:

  • Cook rice.
  • Add DAH! Plain Lassi to the cooked rice and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  • Add curry leaves, asafoetida, red chillies, chana dal, urad dal, green chillies and ginger, and sauté for a minute or two.
  • Add mix on the rice and stir well.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
