DAH! Curd Rice

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup DAH! Plain Lassi
- 1 cup of rice
- 3 cups of water
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2-3 dry red chillies
- 1 tsp chana dal
- 1 tsp urad dal
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2-3 tbsp curry leaves
- ¼ tsp asafoetida
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped
Instructions:
- Cook rice.
- Add DAH! Plain Lassi to the cooked rice and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves, asafoetida, red chillies, chana dal, urad dal, green chillies and ginger, and sauté for a minute or two.
- Add mix on the rice and stir well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
