Ingredients:

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (or gluten-free 1:1 baking flour)
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • /2 cup + 1 tbsp DAH! Plain Lassi
  • DAH! Madagascar Vanilla Almond Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted & cooled
  • *CINNAMON SWIRL: 1 tbsp cinnamon + 1 tbsp coconut sugar + 1 1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • *FROSTING: DAH! Madagascar Vanilla Almond Yogurt + cinnamon swirled throughout

Instructions:

  • Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda
  • In separate bowl, combine sugar, Lassi, egg, vanilla and oil. MIX WELL.
  • dry mixture into wet and MIX WELL (until batter is smooth and there are no lumps)
  • Pour batter into a greased 8x8 baking pan
  • Create cinnamon swirl mixture (cinnamon + sugar + oil) and drizzle over batter.
  • cinnamon mixture throughout batter with a knife. BAKE at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes. LET COOL.
  • Once cooled, top with DAH! Madagascar Vanilla Almond Yogurt and cinnamon swirl.
