DAH! Cinnamon Swirl Bars
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour (or gluten-free 1:1 baking flour)
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- /2 cup + 1 tbsp DAH! Plain Lassi
- DAH! Madagascar Vanilla Almond Yogurt
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted & cooled
*CINNAMON SWIRL: 1 tbsp cinnamon + 1 tbsp coconut sugar + 1 1/2 tbsp melted coconut oil
*FROSTING: DAH! Madagascar Vanilla Almond Yogurt + cinnamon swirled throughout
- Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda
- In separate bowl, combine sugar, Lassi, egg, vanilla and oil. MIX WELL.
- dry mixture into wet and MIX WELL (until batter is smooth and there are no lumps)
- Pour batter into a greased 8x8 baking pan
- Create cinnamon swirl mixture (cinnamon + sugar + oil) and drizzle over batter.
- cinnamon mixture throughout batter with a knife. BAKE at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes. LET COOL.
- Once cooled, top with DAH! Madagascar Vanilla Almond Yogurt and cinnamon swirl.
