DAH! Baked Apples

Ingredients:
- 1 apple, halved
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 8-10 cranberries, fresh
- 2 tbsp pecans, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 cup DAH! Vanilla Almond Yogurt
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Divide the coconut oil between two apple halves.
- Top each half with cranberries, pecans, cinnamon and coconut sugar.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Top off with DAH! almond yogurt and drizzle with maple syrup.
