dah baked apples

Ingredients:
  • 1 apple, halved
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 8-10 cranberries, fresh
  • 2 tbsp pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 cup DAH! Vanilla Almond Yogurt
Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Divide the coconut oil between two apple halves.
  3. Top each half with cranberries, pecans, cinnamon and coconut sugar.
  4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Top off with DAH! almond yogurt and drizzle with maple syrup.
